Damage Deposit

Damage deposit is $500.00 and due before check-in.  Entire damage deposit is fully refundable unless and in the event of damage.  If damage occurs you will be notified and charged within 10 days of your departure.  Otherwise, your entire damage deposit will be returned within 10 days of your departure date.  If a pet or evidence of a pet is found in a camp, you will be asked to leave and your damage deposit will be forfeit.  The same goes for smoking inside the camp.

When you Leave

Please leave camp reasonably neat/clean with dishes clean and trash out behind the entry gate.  If extra clean up crews are required, the fee will be charged to your damage deposit.  We do not provide maid service during your stay.

Checking Out

Check out time is 2:00 PM unless other agreements were made in writing.  The camp must be vacated by this time to allow clean up crew to prepare camp for the next tenants.  Please make sure everything is turned off and camp is locked.  Return key to lock box located on the front door.

Boiling Seafood

If you plan to boil seafood, please bring your own boiling set-up.
